Who we are

Bloom Doral Nail Salon & Spa is a salon operated by Facial Therapist, LLC, located at 10171 NW 58th St, Unit 8, Doral, FL 33178. You can email us at info@bloomdoral.com or call us at (305) 857-5522.

What we collect

Only what we need to take care of you:

For your appointment: name, phone number, email, the service you chose, the date, and your nail tech.
To protect your health and your result: any allergies or sensitivities you tell us about, your preferences for shape, length and color, and any reference photos you choose to send us.
When you message us: the content of your messages over WhatsApp, text, email or social media.
If you pay the deposit online: the charge is processed by the payment platform inside our booking system. Bloom does not store your card details.

We don't ask for or keep Social Security numbers, or any medical information beyond the allergies or sensitivities you share with us so we don't hurt you.

What we use it for

Booking, confirming, reminding and rescheduling your appointments.
Answering your questions on whichever channel you prefer.
Remembering your preferences so your next visit is better than the last.
Asking for your feedback after your service.
Sending you promotions and news only if you gave us permission. You can withdraw it any time.

What we never do with your phone number

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your messaging data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your number is used only to communicate with you about your appointment and, if you opted in, to send you salon updates.

Who we work with

To operate we rely on providers who process your data on our behalf and only to deliver their service to us:

Our booking system and CRM (LeadConnector / HighLevel): stores your client record, your appointments and our conversations.
Our email delivery service: delivers confirmations, reminders and notices.
The hosting provider for this website: serves the pages you're reading.
Google Business Profile: when you leave a review, you publish it on Google under Google's own terms, not on our servers.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The pages of this website do not set any advertising cookies of our own.

However, the Book page shows an embedded calendar from our booking system. That calendar is third-party: it sets its own cookies and loads a Meta (Facebook) pixel while you use it. If you'd rather not interact with it, you can still book by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us.

The reviews you see on the home page are fetched from Google when the site is built, not from your browser: looking at them sends none of your data to Google.

How long we keep your data

We keep your client record while the relationship is active, and for up to three years after your last visit, so we can take care of you if you come back and to meet our accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing. Email us at info@bloomdoral.com and we'll respond.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each one. Essential notices about an appointment you already have booked may still reach you.

Children

We serve children through our Kids services, but the appointment is always booked and authorized by a responsible adult. We don't collect data from children directly and we don't send them communications.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to your record is limited to the salon team and the providers listed above. No system is infallible: if an incident affecting your data occurred, we would tell you.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. We'll tell you about material changes through whichever channel you use with us.
